2026 "My time at CIRP was an enriching experience that helped me develop on both personal and professional levels. During the past 6 months, I became more comfortable interacting with families and performing study visits on my own. Throughout this time, I received feedback that had helped me to grow and adapt to different situations. I particularly valued the amount of support the team gave me, as well as the willingness of everyone to assist me and improve my skills. Being a pre-medical student, this was also an experience where I was able to gain exposure to healthcare and research, which helped me clarify my career objectives for the future."
