Teena Fletcher-Horton, MDiv, BS is a Program Manager Analyst at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention. In this role, she oversees all recruitment needs for the center, onboarding all new staff, and serves as a liaison for HR issues. She also supports the Director of Training and Education in student recruitment, orientation, tracking, and exiting of training staff. Teena provides oversight of all personnel-related procedures, databases, and policies and is responsible for overseeing timekeeping for all center personnel. Finally, she works with the Administrative Director to determine and manage personnel related expenses and expenditures including the assurance of accurate salary/effort allocations for CIRP staff and assisting with reconciling CIRP operational accounts.
Prior to joining CIRP, Teena worked in the Neonatology Department at CHOP and worked at the Drexel University College of Medicine. She has an extensive background in administration and office management.
