Melissa Godfrey, MPH, serves as a Clinical Research Program Manager II for the Minds Matter Concussion Program within the Center for Injury Research and Prevention. Melissa joined the Minds Matter program in 2020. She manages the financial, regulatory, and supervisory needs of the program and provides leadership on both federal and industry-funded studies. She contributes to strategic planning to further the goals of the Minds Matter Program which includes translating research findings into clinical and community settings.

Prior to joining the Minds Matter Program, Melissa coordinated research for the Social and Behavioral Health Interventions Lab at Temple University. She has a background in health education with adolescent populations and a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University.
