Madison Rhodes serves as a Clinical Research Assistant I for the Neuroscience of Driving Program at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Madison Rhodes is a Clinical Research Assistant I for the Neuroscience of Driving (NoD) Program at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).

Prior to joining CHOP, Madison earned her bachelor's degree in English from Villanova University, with minors in Psychology and Peace & Justice. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Research Assistant in two child development labs, the Scientific Thinking & Learning (STAR) Lab and the Adversity & Resilience in Development (ARD) Lab, focusing on cognitive growth and resilience. After graduating in May 2025, she continued her research career as a Data Collector for the University of Virginia’s Research in Education and Learning (REAL) Lab, contributing to studies examining child curiosity and learning development.

At CHOP, Madison aims to pursue applied health research that supports equity-driven safety interventions and advances scientific understanding of neurocognitive development in children and adolescents.
