Lindsey Mitros is the Outreach Manager for the Center for Injury Research and Prevention and Center for Violence Prevention at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Lindsey also serves as the Manager for CHOP/The Ohio State University's Center for Child Injury Prevention Studies.

Lindsey Mitros is the Outreach Manager on the Outreach and Advocacy team at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP) and Center for Violence Prevention (CVP) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In her role, Lindsey develops, implements, and directs community outreach activities and public relations strategies for the department. She works directly with CIRP’s researchers to help promote and advance CIRP's research programs through internal and external communications/marketing, media strategy, and branding.

An experienced communications project manager, Lindsey focuses primarily on managing outreach and communications efforts for CVP, a CHOP-wide effort that works to mitigate violence and its impact on children and youth in the Philadelphia community and beyond, and the Center for Child Injury Prevention Studies. 

Prior to joining the Center in 2009, Lindsey worked as a public relations professional at a Philadelphia-based advertising agency.
