Cindy Liu is a Clinical Research Assistant I for the UPLIFT Study within the Center for Violence Prevention (CVP) at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
Prior to joining CHOP, Cindy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fordham University, minoring in Mandarin Chinese and Computer Science. During her time at Fordham, she worked as a research assistant in the Youth Development in Diverse Contexts Lab for two years. Dedicated to youth development and community-oriented initiatives, her previous research includes projects on youth stress and discrimination, family communication, and parent-adolescent dynamics. Cindy aims to expand her foundation in family and adolescent research towards playing an active role in violence prevention and youth well-being.
