Dr. Andrew Zullo is an Assistant Professor of Health Services, Policy, and Practice and of Epidemiology at the Brown School of Public Health and an Associate Fellow at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Andrew Zullo, PharmD, PhD is an Associate Fellow at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Zullo is also an Assistant Professor of Health Services, Policy, and Practice and of Epidemiology at the Brown School of Public Health, a Research Health Science Specialist at Providence VA Medical Center, and a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children's Hospital.
