Ronni Kessler, MSEd joined the Center in October 2014 as a Clinical Research Coordinator III. She is currently supporting the portfolio of concussion projects within the department, including the development of a CHOP concussion registry, a genetics study to better understand prevalence of and recovery from concussions, and a collaborative effort with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to assess concussion management and electronic health records. She brings more than eight years of experience managing and coordinating clinical research in both the academic and private sectors. Ronni came to CHOP from Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania where she served as Clinical Research Manager for the affiliate. Previously she had held coordinator positions at the University of Pennsylvania, CHOP, and industry CROs. Ronni holds a BS in General Science from Penn State University and an MSEd in Secondary Science Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
