Julianna Berardi, MPH is a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Center for Violence Prevention. Her primary role at CVP is coordinator of the BRAVE psychoeducational peer support group. Aligning with the mission of CVP, Julianna strives to contribute to work that promotes safety, health, and flourishing for youth, teens, families, and communities.
Julianna Berardi, MPH is a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Center for Violence Prevention. Julianna's current role primarily supports the Building Resilience After Violent Experiences (BRAVE) psycho-educational peer support group as the BRAVE Coordinator. In this role, Julianna coordinates enrollment and implementation of BRAVE through youth engagement, session operations, fidelity monitoring, and support with program evaluation. She aspires to promote connection with youth, families, coworkers, and communities.
Julianna splits her time at CHOP and serves as a Nature Prescription Coordinator on the Prescribe Outside team. Prior to this role split, her work at CVP spanned numerous violence prevention and intervention projects and included outreach for CHOP's hospital-based violence intervention program, study coordination activities like participant recruitment and consenting, quality improvement tasks, and contributing to academic manuscripts.
While obtaining her graduate degree, Julianna began working with CVP as a research assistant. Her master's project supported one of CVP's community-academic partnerships. Julianna was also a graduate student research assistant for the Health Equity Advancement Lab at the Dornsife School of Public Health.
