Tatijana Taylor-Fehlinger - CIRP
Communications and Operations Assistant

Tatijana Taylor-Fehlinger is the Communications and Operations Assistant for the Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Tatijana is a results-driven person who is thrilled to work as part of a center where research is turned into action by advancing safety, preventing injury, and promoting recovery.

As part of CIRP's Outreach and Advocacy team, she works to translate the Center’s findings into blog posts, reports, educational tools, website content, news articles, YouTube channels, and social media communications to create meaningful change in pediatric injury prevention. She also provides fact-checking and writing support for multimedia, to coordinate logistics associated with stakeholder relations at national and regional conferences, to process responses for external information requests, and to compile data for the annual report of Outreach activities.

Tatijana has a deep-seated interest in translational research, having worked previously for the Center as a Research Assistant on teen risky driving studies, as an Intern for the Center for Child Injury Prevention Studies (CChIPS), and as a Peer Mentor for the Injury Science Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site sponsored by the National Science Foundation. She received her BS in Public Health with minors in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Drexel University in 2018.
