Interprofessional Training and Education Specialist

Nicole DiBattista, RN, MSN, BA, CEN joined the center in November 2019 as the Interprofessional Training and Education Specialist for the Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress (CPTS). In this role, Nicole collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the team to develop and provide effective training and resources for healthcare providers regarding pediatric traumatic stress. She also develops collaborative relationships with national provider organizations and training programs and materials to increase traumatic stress awareness and skills for trauma-informed care among health providers and systems. 

Nicole received her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University with a specialty in Nursing Education. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and her Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience from Temple University. In addition to her role with the CPTS, Nicole works as an Emergency Department Clinical Nurse at Wilmington Hospital, part of the  ChristianaCare Health System.
